FBLA Strong Showing for NERMS / PGHS

The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) from Northeastern Randolph Middle School and Providence Grove High School attended Regionals on Saturday, December 5 in Chapel Hill. Three NERMS students earned first place in their events – Daisy Suarez in Career Explorations, Sydney Booth in Business Communications, and Diana Castro-Vasquez in FBLA Creed. Second place honors went to Gaby Gil in Public Speaking and Ayman Youness competed in Business Math.

Providence Grove High School’s seniors, Katie Melvin and Cole Bohnsack, each earned first place in their respective competitions. Katie placed first in Job Interview and Cole placed first in Public Speaking II.
